Thank you, Dr. Boothe, for the great confidence you gave me!

Monday, October 18th, 2010

I cannot find the words to describe how grateful I am for the successful Lasik procedure and professional care Dr. Boothe and his staff offered me. I am still excited with the clarity of my new eyesight. I could not even imagine that it would be possible to repair my eyes so well. I will always remember what Dr. William Boothe did for me and I will gladly recommend him to people who suffer from vision problems. I was also satisfied with the price of Lasik surgery and the financing terms the counselors at Boothe Eye Care gave me.

Thanks again,
B. Lee

Now I see even better than people normally do.

When I came, the office was very busy – of course, Dr. Boothe is very outstanding person here in Texas and many people with bad eyes burn with the desire to undergo exactly his laser correction! He is the most experienced surgeon in town! I had my Lasik surgery three days ago. My eyes are starting to heal and my vision is becoming better every hour. I had a post day exam where Dr. Boothe’s assistant said my eyesight will continue to get sharper over the next week. When I did an eye test I couldn’t believe – my eyes are 20/10 now and this is twice as good as 20/20. Can you believe that? I can’t! It’s something incredible! I am so happy about this. Dr. Boothe offers the best technology I have ever known!

Yours Sincerely,
R. O’Reilly.

Thank you so much for advising me to call the Boothe Lasik Center!

One my good friends told me about the Lasik correction he had done at the Boothe laser center about three months ago. He saw an ad on TV and decided to do it, and his vision is now almost perfect. After that, I started researching the procedure and particularly Dr. Boothe’s techniques. I had myopia and wanted to correct my vision for years. When I finally decided to undergo Lasik I was very nervous about the surgery. But Dr. Boothe’s staff was very nice and quickly helped me relax and understand what to expect. Dr. Boothe is a super doctor! He is very professional and calm man. I don’t know how to even express my thanks to him… My vision is excellent! Now I have the best vision in the world!

Thank you again for everything you have done for me,
Oliver P.

Doctor Boothe – Best Lasik Surgeon Ever!

Now I can say with confidence that Dr. William is the best Lasik surgeon I’ve ever known. In a few days after the surgery I couldn’t believe that I can even read my favourite magazines without contacts. Lasik is outstanding technology. My surgery resulted in 20/20 vision and it’s impossible to put all my feelings into words. I recommend Dr. Boothe to all my friends. Understanding LASIK with Dr. Boothe

Monday, July 13th, 2009

As one of the most experienced LASIK surgeons in the world, Dr. Boothe has met with thousands of patients and understands that there may be some confusion to what actually occurs during a LASIK procedure. To help answer some of these questions, the Doctor Boothe Eye Care team has put together a short synopsis of the procedure, to help Dallas LASIK patients understand their laser vision correction.

The first step during the LASIK procedure for patients visiting Dr. Boothe Eye Care is the creation of the corneal flap. After numbing the patient’s eyes with anaesthetic drops, Doctor Boothe uses IntraLase technology to create the corneal flap. By creating the flap with a laser and not the traditional steel blade known as a microkeratome, it allows for patients to have “all-laser” or “blade-free” LASIK.

Once the flap is created, Doctor Boothe will gently fold the flap back exposing the cornea. Next, with the use of a cool excimer laser, Dr. Boothe will ablate, or smooth, the cornea’s surface reducing the level of refractive error, which causes patients to need to wear glasses and/or contact lenses. Once the ablation is completed, Dr. Boothe will delicately return the flap to its original position where it will act as a natural bandage for the eye.

Dr. Boothe has performed more than 110,000 LASIK procedures, with a safety record among the best in the industry. To learn more about LASIK surgery and the team at Doctor Boothe Eye Care, please call (214) 328-0444.
